Great Plains DLC

The Great Plains DeMolay Leadership Conference, better known as Great Plains DLC, is held in Oklahoma. No other conference in the country can boast such a fast-paced, immersive, inspiring, relevant, and fun DeMolay Leadership Conference experience. 5 different learning tracks each have something to offer for DeMolays and Advisors at every stage of their DeMolay career. A highly experienced staff and team of mentors encourage, support, and challenge new and experienced DeMolays alike. Throughout the week, youth can expect to make new friends, expand their comfort zones, meet DeMolays from around the country, and even rub elbows with current and past Jurisdictional and International Officers. Other special guests often include leadership from DeMolay International and the Grand Lodge of Oklahoma. Young ladies from the Oklahoma State Sweetheart Court are also known to drop in to say hi!   

The Great Plains DeMolay Leadership Conference encourages open exchanges of ideas, best practices, successes, and failures. DeMolays will return home with targeted strategies and practical takeaways that they can apply in their own Chapters and jurisdictions to accomplish their goals. Youth also have the unique opportunity to experience life on a college campus for a week.

But the Great Plains DLC isn’t all work and no play. At this DLC, we combine education AND fun to create an environment that promotes both leadership and fraternity. Some of the many fun activities planned include:

• Wiffle Ball

• Indoor Snowball Fight (a GP DLC original!)

• Air Pong (a GP DLC original!)

• Fourth Meal (a staff and youth favorite!)
